All parts and repairs provided by DeepSouth Hardware Solutions are covered by a Warranty of 12 Months from Date of Invoice unless otherwise written in the Order.
All Warranty issues will be handled by exchange if possible, if no exchange parts available, repairs will be made and item returned. If an item is repaired under warranty and returned, the Warranty of (12) Months will be provided for that item. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-542-0095 for a Service Order Request (SOR) to have your Warranty taken care of promptly.
DeepSouth Hardware Solutions accepts payments via Net Terms, Credit Card and Wire Transfer. Payment Terms are determined at the time of sale and will be defined on the quote provided for the items to be sold. All International Sales are required to prepay via Wire Transfer.
Any orders to be shipped out of the United States are required to adhere to all US Customs regulations. All Duties, VAT and Taxes are to be paid by the buyer and DeepSouth Hardware Solutions will have no responsibility for accessing these costs or estimating the amounts owes. All International Shipment will require that the following information be provided to DeepSouth Hardware Solutions prior to shipment being released. Buyer will provide complete information on who is the Importer/Buyer, End User and if this item will be re-exported at the time of sale. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipment to be processed.
